Create and Edit Forms
In this episode we will learn about working with forms. The forms are the centre of your campaign as they will not only be the information the agent sees, but also contain the information you want them to obtain in a phone call. There are many options to choose from, from text fields and dropdowns through to radio buttons and checkboxes. It is also possible to include HTML code to make your campaigns more pleasing to the eye!
